For adventurous and nature loving people it's an excursion for fun. To visualize the colors and the changes in geographical condition of the area, what could be! Other then climbing a hill. Trekking for 30 min to an hour will lead you to the ancient temple of lord Shiva, to see the paranomic view of the village from the top of the hill.
Meeting the crew and escort, having a brief discussion about the trek. At dusk visit fort for floodlit views. Later dinner and rest. O/N Aodhi or Similar.
After breakfast, Visit Kumbhalgarh Fort and then walk down through Kumbhalgarh Wild Life Sanctuary to Crocodile Dam (Thandi Beri). Pack lunch on way or late lunch at Forest House. Continue to road (3kms walk) and then drive to Ghanerao. Outside Ghanerao take a walk through the village. O/N Ghanerao Castle.
After breakfast, we start our expedition passing through wildlife sanctuary inhabiting many species of birds. Lunch at a "step well" and then we continue towards the famous Ranakpur Jain temple. After visiting Jain temple, we take a short walk/drive to our night stay. O/N Maharani Bagh or Similar.
After breakfast, today we pass through rough terrain heading south west. As we walk, one can witness change in flora & fauna in interior part of Arravali hills. Lunch enroot to our destination for the night, we reach our camp site. Here we sit around bonfire discussing our trek so far. O/N Mithari Camp. (Shikar cottage tents with attached bathrooms).
After breakfast , leaving our beautiful camp site of Mithari Dam, we start our trek through dry part of Arravali hills witnessing some breathing sights. Lunch at a remote farm land and then we continue to our destination Bera. O/N Leopards Lair.(Leopard sighting can be organize)
After breakfast we head towards west, passing through Arravali hills witnessing a huge change in landscape. Lunch at a farm, Viewing lots of small farmlands and passing through few small villages we reach to end of our trek. From here we take a drive (20km) to kortaescape. Cocktail served around bonfire followed by dinner. O/N Kortaescape.
After breakfast take a walk in to the village to capture a true insight of rural Rajasthan. Here you can interact with Shepard's and visualize the daily routine of local villagers. Also visit age old temple of Mother Goddess Durga, and then visit Jain temple. Have lunch and then rest at kortaescape. Around 4:30Pm we take Jeep excursion through a private wildlife protected area, where you an see Blue Bull, Wild Boars, Jackals and lots of bird species. Late evening cocktails served around bonfire followed by dinner. O/N Kortaescape.
